There are two basic ways or a combination of both that will allow you, or your business, to become a part of the history.

Don't forget that you can also be a part of our digital family with this website, our Facebook page (with over 4,000 fans) and our Facebook community page, Tri-State Nation, with a minumum $500 agreement.

ADVERTISING PACKAGES

SIGNAGE:

• 2' X 4' Sign on Concessions/Grandstand entry way (1 year) - $300
• 4' x 4' Sign on outside fence in parking area (1 year) - $500
• 4' x 8' Sign in center pits facing grandstands (1year) - $1000

PROGRAM ADS:

• Business card size (1year) - $175
• ¼ page ad (1year) - $350
• ½ page ad (1year) - $550
• Full page ad (1year) - $750

Advertising, either signage and/or programs, can be paid in full at time of agreement, or 25% down payment and remainder must be paid by March 1st, 2013. After March 1st, advertising must be paid in full, unless other arrangements are made with the promoter/management.

$1000 Sponsorship Package

• One hundred (100) passes for the sponsored night (100 x $10.00) - $1000 value
• One (1) 2013 season pass for grandstand admission (32 x $10.00) - $320 value             
• Four (4) days of radio advertising mentioned along with Tri-State Speedway - $800 value
• Ten (10) spots mentioned at races along with company introduction - $200 value
• VIP seating above Turn 1 Club (if requested) - $300 value
• One (1) person from your company to present trophies - PRICELESS

$2000  Sponsorship Package 

• Two hundred (200) passes for the sponsored night (200 x $10.00) - $2000 value

$3000  Sponsorship Package

• Three hundred (300) passes for the sponsored night (300 x $10.00) - $3000 value

Total Package - $6280 VALUE for only $3,000!

Half of sponsorship is due at time of contract signing and the remainder of payment is due no later than thirty (30) days before the sponsored event. All free passes and season passes will be presented to you at that time. There is a $50.00 discount in sponsorship program price if payment is paid in full at time contract signing.
